Awful customer service and mistakes Heritage Toyota’s sales team spent two months harassing us with multiple phone calls a day about signing a new lease before ours ran out in June. Late Heritage Toyota’s sales team spent two months harassing us with multiple phone calls a day about signing a new lease before ours ran out in June. Later we found out they made a mistake, our lease ended in July and Heritage neglected to close out our lease. Toyota financial is asking us to pay for this and is threatening us with past due notices on a car we returned to the dealership 6 weeks ago. My husband has called multiple times a day for the past week and a half to rectify this issue. He has left countless messages and no one has returned his calls. Now that the sale is over, they can’t seem to have the decency to pick up the phone and rectify their mistake. We want to speak to the GM immediately. Again, met by friendly professional service rep who explained what would be done during the checkup and the would call when my car was ready. Less than 2 hours later I picked up the car. More
