Both of these gentleman worked very hard to get me a great deal on the purchase of the vehicle that I wanted and made sure that I was very happy. The experience was the best I've ever had for purchasing a vehicle. When I went in to see vehicle in person and sign paperwork the experience was again top notch!!! Everything was just as discussed over the phone. My finance person, Danielle, was also great to work with, she made that part of the purchase a pleasure. Steve went over every aspect of the vehicle with me, even set up a lot of stuff right there and I've never had a salesperson at any dealership do that before and when I left with my vehicle I knew how to work everything and that was pretty awesome. I will have this vehicle for a very long time, but when I'm ready for something new I'll be making the drive to Heritage Toyota Owings Mills again!!! He asked all the right questions, found the vehicle I wanted (every little specific thing), got it in to let us test driver it & look over it and eventually purchase it. We got a beautiful 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE. The vehicle was prepped and ready for us to go once we pulled the trigger and he even has us set up for a few added extras that we decided to put on the vehicle after the fact. After the purchase was final he took time out of his evening to go over all the new feathers that I gained by purchasing a vehicle 6 years newer than my current one. What information he didn't know he researched & called me with the answers to them the very next day. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
