First, we visited or called at least ten Toyota dealerships looking at Rav4s and Highlanders. Until we met Billy, we were depressed. Bad time to buy a car, and our experiences were all sub par! Billy was honest, patient, and did his best to answer all our questions. We were test driving cars during a thunderstorm, and it didn’t phase him! Even when I told him we put a deposit on a car from another dealership, he was happy, supportive, and offered to help us going forward. Because of the way we were treated at Heritage, we decided to stop in and look around one more time. They had the perfect car for us, at an excellent price. I’ve reviewed Billy here, but our experience should reflect Heritage as a group, because we were never pushed or pressed by anyone we on site!
