Derek came highly recommended when I started the search for a new vehicle for my girls and I. We went to this dealership with intent on buying a new car potentially two. Initially Tek helped us out by getting us to test drive a Prius as well as a rav4. I drove 3+hrs. to Vermont from New York to pick up a new car at a different Toyota dealer, only to have it sold before I arrived. I was in a bit of a bind to find a car but luckily I ended up at Heritage To car at a different Toyota dealer, only to have it sold before I arrived. I was in a bit of a bind to find a car but luckily I ended up at Heritage Toyota. I had been connected with Ryan prior to our arrival and couldn't have asked for a better salesperson to work with! He understood the situation I was in, but was never pushy. My daughter and I had an enjoyable afternoon working with Ryan, and by the end of the day drove home a beautiful new Highlander, which I couldn't be more happy with.
