I drove 3+hrs. to Vermont from New York to pick up a new car at a different Toyota dealer, only to have it sold before I arrived. I was in a bit of a bind to find a car but luckily I ended up at Heritage To car at a different Toyota dealer, only to have it sold before I arrived. I was in a bit of a bind to find a car but luckily I ended up at Heritage Toyota. I had been connected with Ryan prior to our arrival and couldn't have asked for a better salesperson to work with! He understood the situation I was in, but was never pushy. My daughter and I had an enjoyable afternoon working with Ryan, and by the end of the day drove home a beautiful new Highlander, which I couldn't be more happy with. I went to Heritage Toyota not knowing what to expect. Walked in and was greeted by a smiley face ( Joe C.) and after explaining that I am in the market to buy a car, he had introduced Joe A. to me. Made the process as much fun as he possibly could. Even after the car I initially wanted became briefly unavailable, he was prepared with a similar option. In the end - I got the car I initially wanted and my Toyota RAV4 is awesome! While working with Joe A - he was very professional, open and honest. Never felt pressured into buying the car. The process although lengthy - a very POSITIVE one. Hoping I won't need a new car for a while bur when I do - I will look forward to work with Joe again! Marzena More
