We had a very poor experience at Heritage. Purchased a "Toyota Certified" vehicle here (which costs extra). The certification program claims to protect against vehicles that have been reported as damaged "Toyota Certified" vehicle here (which costs extra). The certification program claims to protect against vehicles that have been reported as damaged in a Carfax report. We found out after purchasing our vehicle that it does indeed have a Carfax history report, with damage. This immediately drops the value of the car by around $7000. Heritage clearly uses deceptive practices. Strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. If you do shop here, don't waste your money on a "certified" vehicle. More
