He did not pressure me into getting one that was currently on the lot. I quoted him a ball park figure as to what I wanted my monthly payments to be and he got it to be even less. He took me for a road test and spent a lot of time with me explaining all the safety features and all the other perks. He is extremely knowledgeable and I did not feel silly asking questions. Great Experience I was running out of time to find a car to trade in as I was leasing a Nissan Roque. I searched many car lots for cars that I might be interested in. I fell absolutely IN LOVE with the new style of the Rav4 although I thought it was a long shot for me to afford this beautiful car. I gave Mark the maximum amount I could spend and he came back with a price that was 20.00 LOWER than I said AND it wasn't even the basic model. It included everything that I said I wanted plus MORE! I was shocked and SUPER HAPPY! I was introduced to many different RAV4's and Mark dealt with my pickiness like a champ. Mark has also contacted me to make sure I still love my car and to make sure I had all of the nice accessories set up correctly.
