Heratige Toyota service has always been exceptional, but during this crisis, they've raised the bar. The option to pay online was my favorite. It has not been 9 months since I purchased my car. I bought in March. My sales person was awesome. My son did the dealings for me and test drive the car as I do not like to test drive. Although he offered to show me the workings of my car I declined and opted to do it at a later date. It was past closing time. The restrictions of the virus then set in. I have not had a operation showing yet. However, I did have to deal with the Service Dept as one month and 89 miles after having the car I was left stranded because it would not start. The service person could Not Of Been any more Rude if he tried. I ended up dealing with Handy ‘Toyota to get my car taken care of!!! They were awesome!! More
