Truly a customer-centered operation. Inventory was large enough to explore styles function and cost in a way completely based on *my* need/ability. In the end, when Heritage didn't quite have *exactly* the vehicle I was hoping for, Derek had come to know enough about my vision/needs that he found my car at a sister dealership. Sent me a video of the vehicle entitled "I think we found your car"... I drove it home the next day! Can't say enough about how helpful Derek was!! More
