Too complicated for me. Yesterday I traded in my ancient rustbucket Toyota pickup for a super- luxurious Honda Pilot, with the courteous and knowledgeable help of Liz. I drov Yesterday I traded in my ancient rustbucket Toyota pickup for a super- luxurious Honda Pilot, with the courteous and knowledgeable help of Liz. I drove it home with no difficulty. Today I wanted to run some errands with it. Unfortunately I found the many functions and controls of the vehicle incomprehensible, even with the help of the manual, despite 60 years of operating all sorts of vehicles, including tanks in my Viet Nam army experience. I am reluctant to use the Pilot, for fear of endangering myself or others, and I must ask you to take it back, and see about providing me with something easier to operate, Bo Knepp More

The service was excellent as always. Convenient to my work place. The shuttle worked great to get me to and from. I love that I can now have my advisor text me. I was told they are working on a “pay by work place. The shuttle worked great to get me to and from. I love that I can now have my advisor text me. I was told they are working on a “pay by text” plan. That will be super convenient to pay my bill by text. Then just pick my vehicle up and not have to stand in line waiting at the end of the day.
