Represetative Jared Vaughan also did a fine job of greeting us, keeping us informed acting as liaison and sending us on our way. I then worked with Josh in finance who was the least pushy finance manager I’ve ever dealt with (I’ve bought and sold many many cars over the last 20 years). He was incredibly friendly. No desperate upselling. No fear based warranty’s pitched. Just a quick and friendly explanation of the sale and a couple documents to sign. Very nice guy. I was in and out in just over 1 hour. Very professional crew. No matter where you shop for a car today or who you deal with in sales, they all are forced to play the sales game a little bit. Some dealerships enforce it more than others. It’s not the salesmen fault. Comes from the top down. But I can say that the scripted lines and usual sales tactics they are told to use with customers were at a bare minimum in my dealings this week. These tactics have been proven to work. So I don’t blame dealerships for using them. After all, they need to make money. But it was nice to not be bombarded and pressured with them like I have in so many other dealerships where I have happily walked away. Great experience! More
