BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN A LONG TIME I was on the fence about buying another Rav4 for reasons I will not get into here but which had nothing to do with the vehicle itself. I purchased my I was on the fence about buying another Rav4 for reasons I will not get into here but which had nothing to do with the vehicle itself. I purchased my 2017 in a dfferent State. I looked around for other SUV's in the same class but because I liked the Rav4 so much, I decided to stop by Heritage since I was in the area. Chuck was genuinely concerned about making me feel comfortable and answered all my questions about financing, leasing, etc. There was no "high power" sales pitch and once we agreed to a price, I bought the car that same day. When I picked up the car, Chuck explained the different features in simple layman terms. He even programmed his phone number in my contacts with instructions to please call if I had any questions or problems. This is, by far, the best dealership I have ever dealt with. All the employees (unfortunately, cannot recall their names) were courteous and helpful. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a Toyota to seek out Chuck. Johanne Corbeil More

2020 Prius Prime I did my research and knew the car I wanted before contacting a dealership. Heritage Toyota was happy to let me test drive the vehicle even though I I did my research and knew the car I wanted before contacting a dealership. Heritage Toyota was happy to let me test drive the vehicle even though I had already done a preliminary test drive of the same model at another dealership. JT answered all of my questions and was courteous and friendly. Responses to my questions over e-mail were always same-day. I knew the dealership did not have the exact color combination / model that I wanted in their inventory, but it was no problem for them to obtain the vehicle from another dealership. In less than a week they acquired the vehicle I wanted. They worked with me to come to a fair price, and while I was presented with several add-on options which I already knew I did not want, I did not feel pressured to buy. Upon my final inspection of the vehicle I pointed out a small scuff mark on one of the outside mirror housings, they took care of it immediately. Overall a great experience! More
