There wasn't anything in the inventory that met my requirements, but he went to take a look at what was due to come in. Derek came back with the great news that a well taken care of Tacoma with low miles was due to come in the next day. It was exactly the truck I was looking for. Once it came in the team put the truck through the platinum checklist and got the truck in tip top shape. The process was simple. This was my first time buying a vehicle more than a few thousand dollars, and Derek and the team helped calm my nerves and guide the way. Thanks for all of your help! I love my Tacoma! More

Tire Pressure Sensor Replacement My tire pressure sensor was broken by some folks at an undisclosed tire shop in the area. For now on, I'm bringing my tires to Toyota to have them swa My tire pressure sensor was broken by some folks at an undisclosed tire shop in the area. For now on, I'm bringing my tires to Toyota to have them swapped over. It's not worth the headache and frustration that comes with having inexperienced and irresponsible goofballs at some tire shop negligently swap my tires over, break one of the sensors, and then try to convince me that it coincidentally "died" after the tire changeover. Joe H. was awesome; he was friendly, understanding, and sympathetic to my problem (apparently they've had a number of people come in for this issue this season). The service guys got my car in and out really quick--I'll definitely be back, Heritage Toyota! Thanks for all the help! More
