Over the last 30 years plus, I have purchased several Toyota vehicles from Heritage. Last fall while my 2016 Avalon hybrid was in for a service appointment I walked over to the sales department. I met St Toyota vehicles from Heritage. Last fall while my 2016 Avalon hybrid was in for a service appointment I walked over to the sales department. I met Steve Kemp there. I made it clear I was just browsing and not really interested in any purchase. Despite this, Steve took the time to listen to me and to find out what I look for in a vehicle. He took my contact information. He said he would be in touch with more info on the new Toyota Crown which was replacing the Avalon. He did reach out and over several months we had several conversations. Steve never used "sales talk" or pressure tactics. He let me set the pace. Just a few days ago I got my new red Crown and I couldn't be happier. I especially like the improved mileage and all wheel drive! I really appreciated the Avalon trade in value from Heritage and Steve's professional approach. Thanks Dennis Hill More

Daniel Pasco assisted me in finding the right vehicle to replace my vehicle that was totaled in the flood on 7-11-23. Christine Donahue put together the deal that worked best for us and I never felt any sales type of pressure from anyone at Heritage. Let us not forget to mention Rob Ploof. His hard work and ability to nurture customers especially after the sale is what keeps Heritage fresh in our minds. More
James was very helpful. I was looking for a little smaller car. He suggested the cross over. It came in i drove it and was very happy. He knew i was new at all of this. I keep coming back to Heritage again and again because everything is always great, and the main reason for that is that the people are both nice and knowledgeable. He was very personable, and he was great at walking me through what was different about the new vehicle from my older version of the same model and getting the in-vehicle tech set up so it was talking to my phone.
