DOESNT DISCLOSE THAT THERE ARE SEVERAL WARRANTY LEVELS! !! I purchased a 2016 Chevy Colorado in December of 2024. At the time I purchased it was not disclosed to me that there were levels of warranty. I' !! I purchased a 2016 Chevy Colorado in December of 2024. At the time I purchased it was not disclosed to me that there were levels of warranty. I've had to pay for an EVAP leak, a New Battery, and now I can't control my settings on the touchsceen. I even spoke with the Warranty people myself who stated it was not covered due to me not purchasing the highest warranty. I spoke with the general manager, Jim Foley who stated that I knew and"My finance people are hungry and would have told you." After trying to work something out. I was rudely told by said manager, "I think you need to leave now." DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! More

I came in for oil change, my oil pan plug got stipped out. So they put new oil pan on. Week later I noticed bad leak, broght it fords fix the leak.Got great service. Buyers Beware! ! - Dealer not reporting Hail damage on titles! This dealership had falsely advertised a vehicle as a higher trim model, which is an average of $3,00 ! - Dealer not reporting Hail damage on titles! This dealership had falsely advertised a vehicle as a higher trim model, which is an average of $3,000 difference in pricing based on other local dealerships. However when we caught their mistake, the sales manager, Jim Foley, got upset and said they would not change the price at all. On top of that there was a major storm the night before and hail damage had occurred to most of the vehicles on the lot. They had called and offered to take $750 off the price and said there were 10-15 dings in the hood of the car. We showed up and immediately saw there were 50+ dings in the hood, there were almost the same on the roof, and the pillars/panels above the doors also had dings. This car would have been totaled by an insurance agent. We called them out on that as well, saying that the car should be priced much lower because the resale value will be tanked after the title/VIN search reports Hail damage and they admitted to our face "Well, that is only if we claim it on our insurance" which means they are not going to report the hail damage if they can just rip people off and sell the vehicles with a tiny $750-1000 "discount" Check this dealer out on BBB.com - they have 12 complaints open and only 1 resolved, as well has horrible reviews. This is the definition of a scam dealership, i hope this saves someone from the heartache of this place. More
