New F-250 purchase This was my first buying experience at Herlong Ford. Their outstanding customer service and fair pricing for both new vehicles and trade-ins motivate This was my first buying experience at Herlong Ford. Their outstanding customer service and fair pricing for both new vehicles and trade-ins motivated me to make the 40 mile drive to their location several times which resulted in a purchase of a new F-250 Superduty truck. This dealership does not charge a documentation fee or place overpriced add-ons on new vehicles which as become commonplace with most dealerships. The sales person always made sure the trucks I wanted to test drive were pulled up to the front and ready to go upon my arrival. All questions were promptly answered either by the knowledgeable sales person or by consultation during my visit. After my purchase, the technical advisor spent as much time as I needed to review all of the functions and features of the operation of the truck along with setting up my phone to interface with the technology. I appreciated the sales manager taking time to introduce himself during my visits to make sure my needs were being met. The finance person also did an outstanding job of recommending and closing the best finance option to meet our needs. Everyone that works for this dealership is very friendly and strives to provide outstanding service to their customers. More

As a female I have often had my concerns dismissed when dealing with car repairs, never the case here. I recently tried to have my engine light checked at another dealership because it was more convenient. I was treated as an inconvenience. I will only go to Herlong from now on. Brittany Clearer was amazing, always taking time to make sure I was taken care of. She even provided me with a loaner vehicle when my repairs took much longer than expected. Herlong is hands down the best dealership I have ever done business with!!! More

Overall Great Experience While browsing the net, I came across a BEAUTIFUL Dodge Durango on Herlong's lot. I called to ask if the truck was still available and James let me kn While browsing the net, I came across a BEAUTIFUL Dodge Durango on Herlong's lot. I called to ask if the truck was still available and James let me know it was! I let him know that I would be there in 5-6 hours and he said he'll still be there. He sent me an application online to get things rolling, prior to arriving. Once there, I worked with James and Meryl on what I considered, "A Flawless Transaction". Meryl was able to beat my Capital One rate with not much money down. All around, they're absolutely WONDERFUL people! They were very accommodating and even sent out a Tech Guy to show me some tech functions in the truck. Thanks James and Meryl! Overall, 10 thumbs up! More
