Service department is 10 stars. Every time. Dealership is terrible. We went in to buy an f150, even knew there were two in stock trimmed exactly how we wanted it. Without even askin Every time. Without even asking what we were interested in, the salesman said they didn't have anything in our price range. I showed him the two in inventory we wanted and without even looking them said they were sold (I live 1 mile away and saw the trucks in the lot for weeks...) So I bought one from Gurnee instead, who had amazing service. More
