On March the 2nd 2022, I took my Jeep Patriot into Hill-Kelly Dodge Chrysler Jeep service Department for a recall on the Catalytic converter. I got there at 6:50 a.m. was the first one there; when I w Hill-Kelly Dodge Chrysler Jeep service Department for a recall on the Catalytic converter. I got there at 6:50 a.m. was the first one there; when I went to get my car at 1:50 I was told that the car was not ready and to give them at least another hour and a half at this point I was very pissed. My car was the first one there with no cars behind me waiting to be service .This service represented James told me my car should be ready by the time I get off at 1:30. I know for a fact it only takes an hours to two and a half hours to replace a Catalytic converter that's with the car cooling and the system the programming. When I got my car James did not give me a receipt he told me he would email me a receipt this was 5 days ago I have yet to receive the receipt and my email to this day . I will be going there to get a receipt. Now after driving my car for the service lot I have rattling sound that was not there but is now . Like something has been taken off or has not been put back on I'm going to get that receipt so I can prove that I was there the service was very poor. James did Apologize I guess because he thought I was a dumb female. I do not know if there was even a replacement part put on my car I know my car does not drive the same and I'm taking it to another shop to see what was done. This is bad Business. 9:45 to replace a Catalytic converter is not good. When you know your car was first; I do understand car's may be there for yesterday . But when customer are sitting in waiting for there car and still leave before you something is wrong. And I did see my Jeep park by the fence when I got there. I'm thinking the 1:30 I had to wait is when they worked on my Jeep. Poor service More

They tried to offer me 5K less than value on my trade that they would have sold for 15K profit had I had not done my homework first. Dishonest and will take advantage of you.
