I arrived early for my appointment and was seen immediately by my Service Advisor. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. What can I say,,, looked for a truck for 2 months, searching on line, and in person locally. From North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas, Georgia and all over Florida. Eventually, I found a "possible" at Hill-Kelly, and called them. The internet receptionist, who was not certain about power passenger seats in a Big Horn, connected me with Will Morin, who confidently confirmed the answer. Hurricane Sally was due in shortly, and I could not believe we made a deal on the phone in less than 15 minutes, with a time certain to pick it up. I have NEVER bought a vehicle sight unseen, but I knew this was for real. New truck, best price ALREADY, and instantly got a price, out the door, approved for thousands less than anywhere else I had seen. Complete purchase agreement, less than 15 minutes! Then Hurricane Sally struck, the dealership expected a one day closure; turned into three. EVERYDAY, Will Morin called me with updates. Upon arrival (power was back on Saturday) my vehicle was ready to go. Kudos also for the financial process. Joe was very transparent, explaining the process like the pro he is.
