Made an appointment on line. Confirmed the following day w/ an actual person. Day of service I was told it would be 30days to check out the noise your car is making, but they were more than willing to take my money for an oil change. 30days? I had a confirmation less than 24 hrs ago…to check the noise. No thanks. Save yourself a headache and drive to another Jeep dealer that has a service department that can get you in within a week. The worst. Sleazy unprofessional. Used predatory scare tactics about a recall that was very minor to scare my wife and young children into closing a deal. Bo th Sleazy unprofessional. Used predatory scare tactics about a recall that was very minor to scare my wife and young children into closing a deal. Bo the salesman harassed her for two weeks about completing a 5 star survey. The car sold was an absolute xxx. Tons of electrical issues. Jeep has been horrible to deal with over warranty issues. Went to trade for our car back, agree to everything and said they would deliver since we are out of state. Well morning of I get a call saying I they didn’t send the car like they were supposed to. Overall an exhausting and terrible experience. Car people get a reputation of being sleazy, lying, unprofessional people. The employees of this dealership fit the stereotype perfectly. You are simply a dollar figure and not a customer. They do not care about your family or well being. They are predators and looking to take advantage of you More

Went in for express oil change and said it will be two hour wait. So I call the next day to see the wait time before driving up there and was told 30 minutes but when I arrived 10 minutes later it was 2 h hour wait. So I call the next day to see the wait time before driving up there and was told 30 minutes but when I arrived 10 minutes later it was 2 hours again. I have been using them from 2015 but lately service is bad. More
