We were traveling from NJ visiting family in FL and our check engine light came on with less than 10k miles. The part was delayed due to the holidays and Hollywood Florida was able to make adjustments to allow us to drive safely back home for our local dealership to resolve. In short they treated us better the our local dealership in East Brunswick, NJ and treated us like family. More

Eddie does an awesome job with my oil changes. I'm not happy with the lack of experienced service writers.
