Honest and Trustworthy Dealership I have purchased 8 cars from Honda Universe.....and still going strong! My first car was purchased with the help of John McGraw. He has since been promoted to Customs Relations Manager. My lease was due to expire soon, and I made an appointment at Honda Universe for this past Saturday. Saturday morning, I received a call from John McGraw. He called me from his home on his day off. He noticed I had an appointment and wanted to make sure that everything went smoothly. John called the Sales Manager, Nick Salerno (who is also awesome) to make sure I was taken care of. Needless to say, everything went great. I purchased a Honda Passport and my daughter purchased a Honda Civic. You can't go wrong at Honda Universe. The service is impeccable!!! John McGraw and Nick Salerno bent over backwards to make sure everything went well. Thank you, John and Nick for taking care of me and my family for our car needs. More

New Car My dealer Steve who is also my insurance agent assured me I could walk out with a car that day I told him I was in rental due to accident. My previous car was from there, but I wasn't sure I'd be able to get another one and not so soon either. I didn't think I would be in a new car so soon especially a brand new car at that, I was completely shocked. My credit went down a little, but they still managed to get me the approval and work with me on a not so high payment. He is a great sales rep and insurance agent. Instantly when i walked in i felt like i was at home, and they got me in my first owned car I’ve tried many times to get a car from other dealerships this is the first one that actually worked with me even s they got me in my first owned car I’ve tried many times to get a car from other dealerships this is the first one that actually worked with me even stayed later then that had to to help me get a car.
