Today is one week since I picked up my beautiful new car and the following has been my experience so far. I brought a ONE DAY old car into the service department after picking it up the previous evening an and the following has been my experience so far. I brought a ONE DAY old car into the service department after picking it up the previous evening and having the tire pressure light go on, which showed up three miles from the dealership. I was told to come back the next day by Yvette, since service was closed. The following day, the service department (trip #2) filled it with air, instead of putting it on the lift and finding the bolt in the tire they sold me the car with. The next day was spent on the side of a highway in a brand new car for over three hours waiting for Honda service (trip #3) with a lost day at work because I was told to cancel Geico roadside assistance (I've added it back!!). Thankfully, that was the worst of it. The tire could have blown out!!! Upon returning a second time, Veronica in the service department said "we checked it out" which was clearly not the case. The dealership did in fact order a new tire and I will be returning again (trip #4) to have it replaced. Disappointed and will not return to service for free oil changes. I have no trust in the mechanics or service department or the honesty of those running it and will pay instead. I think Brian was a true gentleman, and I appreciate him paying my first month payment on Honda. I also appreciate the effort made to correct the problem, but the constant calls following to push me to come back and get the tire, with no plates ready for me, while at work, along with the pressure to make sure this survey reflected what THEY wanted it to is absurd. I would suggest when a customer has spent three hours on a highway, comments such as Yvette's "what are WE going to do about this survey", should be left for another time! She did in fact work very hard to get the car to me at a reasonable offer, and followed through on everything she needed to do to get me set and into the car. I enjoyed working with her very much, but was sorry it ended negatively. She does in fact know her business and I must give her credit where it's due! Overall, the dealership made every effort to fix the problem, but exchanging phone calls 6 out of 7 days of ownership has turned me completely off from this dealership. I could continue about the new tire placed on the car, but since it was "caught" and corrected, I'm now looking to enjoy what is an incredibly beautiful car. The Honda CR-V Sport Touring is in fact gorgeous!!! I highly recommend the vehicle. More

I had the pleasure of visiting Honda Universe in Feb 2023, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience. They took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and were patient with me as I explored their inventory. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to buy anything, and were happy to let me take my time and make a decision. When I did decide on a car, Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport, Yvettte Rivera-Coates was fantastic. She was knowledgable about the car and its features, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Overall, I highly recommend Honda Universe to anyone looking for a new/used car. The staff (especially Yvette, Al Cunha, and Mike Bendar) are friendly and professional, the inventory is impressive, and the buying experience is top-notch. I wouldn't hesitate to go back the next time I'm in the market for a car. More
Our agent Stephen Delpizzo was very kind and helpful. No problems with him. But the original car that we were intending to purchase was sold while we were sitting in the chairs negotiating a price! They offered us the same car in grey which we wound up purchasing (the only reason that I settled for this car was because another family member really wanted grey), otherwise I would have left and went elsewhere. They insisted that we waited for them to get it ready ( we wanted to pick it up the next day) and then we noticed a ding in the driver's side door! We paid $1500 for a detail to get the car prepped and a cap under the hood was found to be off when my husband checked the car thoroughly when we got it home. So now I have a brand new car in the color that I did not want with a door ding! So NO I would not recommend this dealership because of the rush job that I felt that we received...Poor customer service so far! Hopefully it will improve. More
