I recently leased a vehicle from this Herb Chambers Honda dealership. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly.... salesman, finance manager, receptionist, and sales manager. The dealership facility was extremely clean...like the showroom, bathroom, service area and waiting area. I had an excellent experience, in particular, with David Yang (sales rep). I had initially wanted to work with David because he had received some excellent online reviews. The reviews turned out to be very true. I wish I could give him 10+ stars. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient.... because I had many questions during the sales process. I really loved his low-pressure sales approach, because purchasing a car is usually always stressful. On the day I picked up my vehicle, David did an excellent job in taking me out to my vehicle and giving me a comprehensive review of all the exterior and interior features and recommending various settings to use. He kept me well informed as to each step in the purchase process......always asking me if I needed anything and making sure I understood the various documents before signing them. It is now a couple of months after purchasing the vehicle, and I have asked David a few questions and he has quickly responded. He has also reached out to me asking if everything is going ok. At this point I consider David to be a friend. I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to others. More
