The customer service in the Service Department is excellent! This service on my car was initiated because my car was parked in my garage, but would not start. Through an online search, I thought it was the battery, but when a friend tried to give me a jump, it still wouldn't start. I called Honda and left a message. I received a return call the following morning with suggestions on getting my vehicle to the service department. I brought it in, they phoned to let me know the results of the inspection. I gave my permission to proceed and I was back in my car by the end of the day! It was a breeze! Very friendly and very helpful service staff! More

Car was dirty and smelled like smoke.i would not say ready for sale. Mileage read wrong which wd have made a difference in trade in value. We went to buy car in add. The Service Rep. was very responsive in keeping me updated on service required and associated costs (90,000 mile service on 2004 Element).
