Leasing my first new car! I've had a few bad car buying experiences and since I'm a first time new buyer, I was extra anxious about trying again. After I filled out the online info, Jeff Lisle contacted me right away when I contacted Lithia in Ames, IA. I had my parents with me to help me figure out if I wanted to lease or buy and as added protection in case I got someone like other cars salespeople who only care about the sale. However, there was no need. From the start, Jeff was great. He listened attentively, answered every single question we had. He worked out the numbers for every situation I was looking into. He put in a lot of effort to make sure I made the right choice for myself. Not once did he talk down to me, BS me, try to oversell me, or pressure me, and gave his honest opinions on products and services offered by Honda and the Lithia location. Because of that, I felt great about the extra add ons because they were *my* decisions and mine alone. He also didn't rush the meeting (it took over 5 hours!), and let me take my time to digest all the information he had collected for me. He did a wonderful job of going over the car I was interested in, the Honda HR-V, and if he didn't know the answer to something, he made sure he found out. He was incredibly thorough an detailed but more importantly, he let me make the decisions and he put me at ease by his warm manner and willingness to just help answer questions regardless of whether I was going to buy from him or this dealership. More impressive, is that he impressed my parents, who are very hard to please. My dad said it was nice to have someone you can trust and treat you with respect and my parents will definitely go to Jeff if/when they need a new Honda. Thank you Jeff for such a seamless, stress free, and happy experience. My parents and I highly recommend Jeff Lisle if you need a car! More
