"Fast and Courtesy Service"

We took my car in for batter replacement and some other minor repairs to prepare for winter. I was told that it was not going to be ready until next day, which was fine. They called each time to ask if I wanted my filters changed or my tires rotated, I said yes because I knew it had been awhile. They were able to finish all repairs the same day and when I picked up my vehicle, they explained everything to me. Thank you!

"Excellent Customer Service "

I took my car in because it was making a strange noise. They located the problem and discovered it was covered by our warranty. They were also able to fix another issue we’d had since buying the car. It was also covered by our warranty. Mark went above and beyond just doing what he had to do to help us. He provided excellent customer service. Also knowing we are on a budget, he did not try to push unnecessary repairs/maintanace on us. I would highly recommend going to Mark Koble for all of your Honda service needs.

", that was like to numerous of times took the car out there "

- Not a happy customer

I've had the car out there 4 times my uncle has had it I don't know how many times.. he has had trouble with it since he bought it and they still CANT figure out what's wrong.. the manage said I put it on the machine and the machine says there's nothing wrong and that's how they left me I had to buy two different battery chargers now just so I can have to jump the car every time I get in it I keep breaking down obviously there's something wrong!!!! Saturday evening the salesman that I was on the phone with yell at me called me a liar told me to come out there right now and they try another battery...then 3 minutes later he said don't come out we don't have time for you and he hung up on me..!!! That's not the customer service I was always taught but to tell me I need to go have proof from three other places that the battery tested bad I shouldn't have to go get proof and the day he had it for 4 hours and said that the machine says there's nothing wrong normal mechanic would start looking at other things and narrow it down but instead I put a new battery in it so there you go charge you $85 every time you bring it out there Granite the last time I did not pay it yelled at and having to drive a car that my uncle is 83 years old and has cancer and we have to keep breaking down because they can't fix it being yelled at called a liar I've had more trouble since the day I left that shop now then I had before I took it in there it may have piss poor customer service the manager in the service department said I don't know what you want me to do the machine says there's nothing wrong with the car I'm not a mechanic I didn't know what to do but I thought maybe he could check the alternator or the starter and start narrowing it down but instead they sent me on my way now they want me to buy a new one if I was to have trouble with a new one what would I do they can't even fix this one but I went somewhere else and buy another new battery and so far so good but I will be asking them to reimburse me for the money I spent on their battery the money I had to spend on a new battery and the money that I've had to spend on by two machines to jump the car

"Service department"

They are very fast and efficient. They always wash and vacuum the car. The cost is what they estimate and they call if something else needs to be replaced or repaired. I have not had an experience where they recommended something that was not needed. I have had cars serviced there for over 20 years.

"Courteous employees while our Van was being serviced!"

Very helpful and knowledgeable. They were easy to make an appointment with and while they did some routine work, they also did some warranty work that was necessary. Loaned us a courtesy car to use that was necessary because we were from out of town while our van was being serviced. Thank you so much!

"Service Department is why I do business at Bartlesville Hond"

The Service department is the reason I keep coming back to Bartlesville Honda. I've been using their service for my cars starting back in 2004 and have never had any problems with repairs, wait time, all repair was explained to me and they even shown items that would need to be taken care of in the future. When ever you drive into the service area Mark, David, or Mathew will come out to meet you and are happy to see you and treat you as a old friend. While your car is being serviced, they will keep you updated of status and if they find anything else that needs attention, they will advise you and explain cost to correct before doing anything. When I told Mark Koble that I was thinking about a new car, it was Mark that took his time to talk about the different models and shown them to me, and when it was time to purchase the car, Mark set me up with the sales manager. The reason I talked to Mark instead of the sales department was the trust I have in Mark, David, and Mathew on giving me advise that would service my needs. I stopped in the serviced department on 11/04/15 with a little problem and Mark worked my car into the service area to be checked out before I left on a trip and was only there around thirty minutes from start to finish and when my car was giving back to me it was washed and ready to go.

"Good place to Purchase, Questionable for Servicing"

The purchasing experience and finance department was great! Very disappointed in tactics used by the Service Department. We have had our vehicle serviced there several times. They send out coupons every month that are great until you use them. The coupons have a supply fee that is 15% of the labor up to $25. I would rather you be honest on your coupons and charge a little more, rather than surprise your customers with bogus percentage fees. I will no longer drive to Bartlesville for service!
