The Service department is the reason I keep coming back to Bartlesville Honda. I've been using their service for my cars starting back in 2004 and have never had any problems with repairs, wait time, all repair was explained to me and they even shown items that would need to be taken care of in the future. When ever you drive into the service area Mark, David, or Mathew will come out to meet you and are happy to see you and treat you as a old friend. While your car is being serviced, they will keep you updated of status and if they find anything else that needs attention, they will advise you and explain cost to correct before doing anything. When I told Mark Koble that I was thinking about a new car, it was Mark that took his time to talk about the different models and shown them to me, and when it was time to purchase the car, Mark set me up with the sales manager. The reason I talked to Mark instead of the sales department was the trust I have in Mark, David, and Mathew on giving me advise that would service my needs. I stopped in the serviced department on 11/04/15 with a little problem and Mark worked my car into the service area to be checked out before I left on a trip and was only there around thirty minutes from start to finish and when my car was giving back to me it was washed and ready to go.
