He makes sure that I have a ride I take my car there every time it needs to be serviced. William Oltz is very helpful every time I have it serviced. He makes sure that I have a ride to and from work because I leave it there during the day. He calls me once my car is ready to be picked up.. He explains what is going to be done the day of my visit and when I return he explains by bill to me and if they have found anything wrong with it.
