I am a qualified buyer who was unsatisfied with a lower appraisal of my vehicle without a good reason other than "the market for vehicles is not good and he wouldn't be able to sell my car." His poor research of my vehicle made me believe his offer to me wasn't valid. I am only able to find a handful of the vehicles similar to the one I own for sale in this country and all are listed 6 thousand dollars higher than the offer I was given by Chris Burns, that clearly tells me that there is a market for my car, and his low offer is an attempt of taking advantage of customer knowledge.
