Tom was patient and understanding regarding the issue with vehicle. He kept me updated regularly. Service techs persevered and attempted to remedy the problem. Time will tell if they were successful, but with vehicle. He kept me updated regularly. Service techs persevered and attempted to remedy the problem. Time will tell if they were successful, but for the time being the issue is resolved. I highly recommend the service department at this location., and specifically Tom as an advisor. My only wish is that they washed vehicle after service like other facilities do. More

We brought the car in for a recall, and left with undisclosed damage to a door near the repair site. No one at the dealership fessed up (actually it looked like someone attempted to magic marker the undisclosed damage to a door near the repair site. No one at the dealership fessed up (actually it looked like someone attempted to magic marker the damage) about it so we only discovered the damage at home. After some phone calls, the dealership ultimately repaired the damage they caused. This took two separate return visits (and hours of waiting) - once for the service director to confirm the issue, and then a second trip when they had someone available to professionally repair the issue.
