Daryl exhibited incredible patience, reassuring us that it was no problem and asking if we'd like to look at other cars. We spent an entire afternoon test-driving cars until we found the perfect one. At many dealerships, I often feel taken advantage of, but Daryl made us feel in control throughout the entire process. Everything he promised us happened exactly as he said it would. His transparency and genuine care for our satisfaction were evident. I also want to give a shout-out to Mr. Paul Patrick Henry, who was fantastic in helping us close the deal. The cost of the alignment was really much to high I checked other places and it was more then most other dealerships. But the offer of taking me to Marshalls and picking me up was a joke. I was told after an hour that they are on the way Well after two and a half hours a person finally came and said he had to take someone to Monroe If I realized I would have been there just waiting I feel your free service was a joke At 89 years young by the time I returned to the shop I was exhausted and just wanted to pay and leave The staff was gone so I never saw anyone to tell my concerns ..I decided then to not come back for your deal that ended up costing over 350.00 for a poor job. I have been a costumer many years. More
