The service staff are polite and courteous. My car is a Clarity, plug-in hybrid, so I know any service other than an oil change or tire rotation is difficult. I would not purchase another Honda. The rear window shade on our 2022 odyssey is still broken waiting on parts for over 6 months for a warranty covered item.
