Cole came right over and helped me. I was early for my appointment and there were several people ahead of me so I needed to wait in the lobby. The only criticisms would be they didn't vacuum my car, which I would have thought they would with a service appointment. And they should walk you to the lobby to show you what they offer (i.e. coffee, water, etc.) so you know what's available to you. I wouldn't just walk into a kitchen and open a refrigerator not knowing if I'm eating someone's lunch. The chairs in the lobby are pretty comfy! Overall, very satisfied. More
