I was very satisfied with the customer service received. However, I was extremely disappointed that I was charged a service fee on my credit card. I own 4 Hondas and I use the Freehold, NJ Dealership for However, I was extremely disappointed that I was charged a service fee on my credit card. I own 4 Hondas and I use the Freehold, NJ Dealership for all service calls. Charging a service fee on my credit card is completely unreasonable and expecting me to bring hundreds of dollars in cash in order to avoid the service charge is also unfair. This is first time I have given less than 5 stars in a survey for Honda and it is due to the credit charge service charge. Please stop the credit card service charge. Thank you. More
