I love this dealership especially my salesperson Bobby Nylund. He answered all of mine questions and made the process really easy. He did not pressure me into buying any vehicle. Since the first time that Nylund. He answered all of mine questions and made the process really easy. He did not pressure me into buying any vehicle. Since the first time that I met him, about a week ago, he made sure I knew all the choices. He made sure that I got the car that I wanted at a very good price. Bobby was awesome to work with on the purchase of my used Honda Civic. I'm about an hour and a half away from the dealership and Bobby took the time to take pictures of the car and provide a detailed review Honda Civic. I would not have traveled up to dealership if it wasn't for his honesty and friendliness. I knocked one star off the dealership as I don't agree with the "Dealer prep fee". In my opinion, the price the vehicle is listed for is the price, not som arbitrary number that goes up once they start getting the car ready for sale (tires, brakes, etc). Bobby was upfront about that though, so I was aware before traveling up to see and purchase the vehicle. More
