The salesman Don had some practices felt shady and deceitful. Pay attention to the paperwork and details to make sure nothing gets added without being disclosed. Talked about all the stuff they “include” during test drive, then had 10k added on for all the stuff that was “included” that I had to argue to remove. I was forced to buy about 2k in addons I did not need or want in order to buy a car. Part of negotiation was to install remote start at their cost, then tried to send my car somewhere else for an aftermarket remote start and install. A manager did make it right and have them install a Honda one, and the service was smooth and they gave me a ride home and to pick it up. More
