I came in for a warning light on my dash for 12 volt battery charging problem, dropped my car off and it was a fuse. Couple days later got a call back that my car was ready for pickup and repair was com battery charging problem, dropped my car off and it was a fuse. Couple days later got a call back that my car was ready for pickup and repair was complete. Got in my car and the same warning light on the dash was lit up. Kind of figured whoever moved my car from the service shop to the parking lot would have noticed. Ended up waiting another hour or so while they eventually figured it out. Also when I got my paperwork it said I was low on windshield wiper fluid so they topped it off, went to use my wiper fluid the following morning and it was empty lol. No big deal but I just would rather them not say they did it and leave it be instead of lying about it 😂😂😂. Not very impressed. Service has kind of gone downhill since I moved out here four years ago. Used to be pretty solid but like I said, quality of service has definitely declined. Not trying to be a dick, just an honest review. May give racine Honda or libertyville or gurnee a shot next time I need anything done unfortunately. More
