My appointment was never entered into the computer when I called, apparently. That was very inconvenient. The place was expensive compared to many others but that is fairly common. Randy was great and never gave us the high pressure sales pitch. He also didn't play the"I have to talk to my manager" game, which is why we left the Subaru dealer.
