Service is good. It’s trying to schedule the appointment that is a problem! The central scheduling hub is awful. They tend not to answer your call, a recording tells you to leave your name/number & they w that is a problem! The central scheduling hub is awful. They didn’t reset the codes on my car when the fluids were changed on a previous service appointment and then tried to tell me I needed to have them changed. Luckily I’m not a moron and called out the se were changed on a previous service appointment and then tried to tell me I needed to have them changed. Luckily I’m not a moron and called out the service advisor who claimed he would have looked into first. Problem was he was trying to get me to agreed to the work first so clearly just trying to cover his xxx. That dealership is sketchy, won’t be going there again. I’ve been a customer there for years and have had my fair share of problems but this was the biggest and most absurd. They also always push for a survey while there and send tons of emails if you don’t reply. Not sure if they knew what kind of review they would be getting from me or if they are doing things differently now, hence this survey. More
