One of my best experiences. The process to check in was efficient. Waited at the dealership and the duration was very reasonable for the work being performed. All the employees I interacted with were very polite and courteous. One minor customer satisfaction suggestion. Other that this would easily be a 5-star rating. It can be awkward when you first arrive and are waiting to check in. The service employees all may be busy assisting other customers. It's such a narrow area and one is just standing around in an open area. It would be nice to have an employee acknowledge your presence with a quick, polite remark that they'll be with you very shortly. *** I don't recall who I worked with at the dealership, but could not submit the questionnaire without doing so.
