We waited over 4hrs to Close the Deal on our 2020 CRV AWD! Dunno if that was an intentional "Ploy", to get us to agree to pay MORE; but we did in fact paid ~$200 more per month than we intended! T More

We were EXHAUSTED after the LENGTHY WAIT to sign the final paperwork, thus we "thought" Routine Maintenance WAS INCLUDED, but what we actually Bought was an Extended Warranty! Last Monday, I brought my wife's 2020 CRV in for an LOF, Rotation, & AutoButler service; when it was all done, I had to pay $60+ for the LOF & Rotation, which, being Disabled, I didn't plan on spending so I used my Discover Card-- IF this is the case going forward, you've given me NO GOOD REASON to continue doing my business with HOK!
