There were several things they said they did, but really didn't do like tire rotation and full synthetic oil change. I marked my tires in advance to make sure they rotate them. I looked at my receipt and trusted their word thinking if they charged me, they probably did it. I got home and found out not only did they no rotated the tires, they didn't check the front brakes even though they told me brakes are all good. The car pulsates when I stop so I took it to a different honda dealership who showed me the old worn brakepads. Now I wonder if if even used full synthetic oil for me car or and they simply charge me for synthetic and use conventional. Go elsewhere More

I was pleased to get squeezed in for a service I requested online that you could not request for. They were very accommodating, however a normal service tops off your fluids. Mine were not. I feel very good with having my service done at Honda if Kenosha. I don’t feel that unnecessary work is pushed on me and while nobody wants to pay for maintenance it sure beats a new car payment!
