I had a problem with the transmission and they wanted $181.00 to diagnose while under warranty. We discussed and disagreed. Joe “invited” me to leave. I said I would pay this charge. The customer service I was giving was a horrible experience this employee tried to charge me 380 since I walked in there because the was an error message on my panel 2020 Honda Cr-V bought used with experience this employee tried to charge me 380 since I walked in there because the was an error message on my panel 2020 Honda Cr-V bought used with warranty plus an extra coverage and I kept on telling him and he just said well I’ll look into this. Finally, he comes and tells me is 380 because we had a brake oil change plus the inspection about the message on the panel because supposedly it wasn’t cover under any warranty. I refused to pay that amount because knew it did is my second Honda the previous one is from Libertyville and I have not had any problems with their service or Gurnee. Very disappointed!! More

Service counter staff person was quick to greet me and expressed genuine desire to inform me about what was going to happen.
