We have gone under the assumption that the software update was completed at the time of the PDI process ( pre delivery inspection) by the selling dealer as this is what was reported to American Honda and shows completed with American Honda under your service records with them. As I was aware of your vehicle returning just shortly after service had been completed here, I became directly involved with this and the technician. I asked him to confirm if that in fact the software update had been completed by your prior dealer whom sold you the vehicle. Upon doing so we found the software id was in fact not the correct id for the software. At that point we corrected the software and verified that the installation of said software was properly installed into the system. since then I have reached out to you via your personal email with no response. I hope to hear from you soon to resolve any furhter issues.

You are not owning the fact that service was not done as requested three weeks ago. My request to check the system draw on the battery was ignored, which led to me having a dead battery in 4 degree weather. I then brought it back, showed you the TSB and assertively said I wanted it checked - which was originally blown off. I received your email, responded politely, and filled out this as requested by Honda. Your last email asked how you could make it right. I advocated for myself, and hopefully it is finished now. I am not looking for any freebies other than your service department listening to their customers, especially women, when they first bring service problems to your attention.
