Honda of Kenosha - Service Center

Be prepared to feel like you were transported into a used car lot. I was told I needed new tires, even though I purchased new ones less than 10,000 miles prior. Every time I go in for service I feel like I am entering a used car lot. Unfortunately, this last time will be my last one at Honda of Kenosha. Please let me know when management decides to change their sale strategy to one of simple customer service based only, and not the current sales commission for the service department. More

Joe V was awesome from the first (phone) contact! He was there to greet me and to verify my info and my car issues. He was prompt to call as soon as diagnostics were done to my car. There were several things they said they did, but really didn't do like tire rotation and full synthetic oil change. I marked my tires in advance to make sure they rotate them. I looked at my receipt and trusted their word thinking if they charged me, they probably did it. I got home and found out not only did they no rotated the tires, they didn't check the front brakes even though they told me brakes are all good. The car pulsates when I stop so I took it to a different honda dealership who showed me the old worn brakepads. Now I wonder if if even used full synthetic oil for me car or and they simply charge me for synthetic and use conventional. Go elsewhere More
