Took my 2017 Honda pilot to the shop to get my driver side Window fixed due to an issue that needed the part replaced and unbeknownst to me that I had a “third party” insurance that covered it that but K side Window fixed due to an issue that needed the part replaced and unbeknownst to me that I had a “third party” insurance that covered it that but Kevin was great in assisting and explaining to me how that works and that saved me a ton out of pocket. Services cost WAY too much compared to any other mechanic (not to mention, they do not roll your diagnostic fees into any repair work...like most mechanics do). I wound up paying $250 for an oil change and t (not to mention, they do not roll your diagnostic fees into any repair work...like most mechanics do). I wound up paying $250 for an oil change and to be told my 2008 Honda Civic, that was purchased 3 years ago for $3500, needs over $6000 of work. When brought to my normal mechanic for a second opinion, the amount for the work I NEEDED was under $1000 and I was told a lot of what Honda of Kenosha added to my work order was just to pad their numbers. I only made the reservation at Honda of Kenosha in the first place because it was a Sunday when I noticed I had an issue with my car and was able to make an appointment for the next day on Monday online. On a similar note, Joe Valente was quite possibly one of the WORST advisors I've ever worked with from any dealership; Condescending and rude throughout our entire interaction. He was not helpful when I had questions, just replied with a snarky quip or assured me that any previous maintenance that I've done to my vehicle was incorrect. I will never return to this dealership nor will I recommend anyone to go here. More
