Services cost WAY too much compared to any other mechanic (not to mention, they do not roll your diagnostic fees into any repair work...like most mechanics do). I wound up paying $250 for an oil change and t (not to mention, they do not roll your diagnostic fees into any repair work...like most mechanics do). I wound up paying $250 for an oil change and to be told my 2008 Honda Civic, that was purchased 3 years ago for $3500, needs over $6000 of work. When brought to my normal mechanic for a second opinion, the amount for the work I NEEDED was under $1000 and I was told a lot of what Honda of Kenosha added to my work order was just to pad their numbers. I only made the reservation at Honda of Kenosha in the first place because it was a Sunday when I noticed I had an issue with my car and was able to make an appointment for the next day on Monday online. On a similar note, Joe Valente was quite possibly one of the WORST advisors I've ever worked with from any dealership; Condescending and rude throughout our entire interaction. He was not helpful when I had questions, just replied with a snarky quip or assured me that any previous maintenance that I've done to my vehicle was incorrect. I will never return to this dealership nor will I recommend anyone to go here. More
