Not a very pleasant experience, to say the least. We went in for a new vehicle. Our salesman Alexis was a great guy, very understanding and easy to talk to. Our problem occurred when we met with Finan We went in for a new vehicle. Our salesman Alexis was a great guy, very understanding and easy to talk to. Our problem occurred when we met with Finance Manager, Chad. His demeanor came off rude, he raised his voice at us at one point, and by the end of the conversation seemed like he wanted us out of there as soon as possible. For someone who boasts that they like to treat each customer as if it were himself buying the car, we certainly caught a lot of attitude from him. I will not be recommending Honda of Lincoln to anyone. Go to Grand Island or Omaha instead for a better experience. More
