Very pleased with my experience Went in with the thought of replacing a 2005 Civic with a new Civic. Didn't know anything about the HRV but Russ brought it to my attention and was v Went in with the thought of replacing a 2005 Civic with a new Civic. Didn't know anything about the HRV but Russ brought it to my attention and was very thorough about explaining all of the features of the Civic and the HRV. Pros and cons to both but in the end the HRV was just more comfortable to drive and the mileage was pretty comparable. They were getting down to having very few HRVs left and I wanted a certain color and Russ made sure to get one secured for us which turned out to be good as they both sold the same day. Negotiating with Russ and Andy was pretty painless and seemed very fair to me from internet pricing that I had researched. Russ worked very hard to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and the process and I will work with him again and recommend him to others. More

New Honda Pilot We were forced to buy a different vehicle after mine was totaled in an accident. We hit it off right away with our salesman Derek. They even let me use a loaner free of charge because the rental I was using from the other guys insurance had to be returned or we would be charged and the new Pilot was still at the factory. This is our first 'foreign' vehicle and I am really looking forward to the miles ahead. More

Helpful staff, getting me into what you need. I was in desperate need of a new vehicle. I'd been to another dealership a few days prior, and felt like just another quick sale to them. Russ at Hond I was in desperate need of a new vehicle. I'd been to another dealership a few days prior, and felt like just another quick sale to them. Russ at Honda of Lincoln really seemed to want to help me find the best car rather than simply make a sale. I really appreciated that, because I'm a guy that likes to reasearch and plan before making a big purchase like that. He made it a simple and easy process. The overall costs of buying a car did overwhelm me a few times, but I think that's more related to it being my first experience. I'd recommend Honda of Lincoln, and Russ especially to anyone looking for a new car. I'm loving my new Accord Sport. (I've had a couple minor issues in my first week with the car, but Honda has been great about helping remedy any concerns I have). More

Scheduling a test drive for the next day was no problem, everyone was friendly and able to answer my questions--no pressure to go for certain models or upgrades. Great experience. Chad worked with me to get my monthly payment down since he knew the vehicle I chose was slightly over what I was looking to spend. He had excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate the lengths he went to explain what was covered under warranty and to get our agreed payment down to where I felt comfortable.
