Amazing Customer Service! We walked in on a Saturday, and gave Nathan Anderson the specs of the vehicle we wanted to test drive. He pulled up exactly what we'd asked to see and was all around amazing with answering our questions without the usual salesman pitches and had no problems with letting us go finish our list of vehicles to test drive, and even checked the inventory list to see if they had one of the models we still needed to test. We ended up calling back later that day (about a half hour before close), and confirmed the vehicle we test drove was the one we wanted and even went for the model class above it for the features that we had discussed. Nathan went above and beyond for us, making sure the exact car we wanted was in stock and the exact color as well and took the time to ensure we were taken care of! More

No other dealers in Omaha could get it done, but Robert found a way. I was so impressed with the quick responses to my emails and text messages. He appears to be a really busy guy but found the time to take care of us. He sent me a lot of information in advance for me to look over. Great experience. The finance guy Chad was adorable. very polite, professional and personable. We chatted with him for quite awhile about other things besides cars. He was quick and efficient when typing up all of our paperwork ( and there was plenty of it ).. Both him and Robert told me I could call them anytime with any questions or concerns about my new car.... Lori and Jim PS.. This dealership also took care of a problem that occurred from Superior Honda in Omaha where I bought the car I was trading in. I was mislead into thinking it was a certified car and it wasnt !!!!!!! Caleb was was timely, clear and excellent with his communication from initial inquiry, to the test drive, following up and then purchasing the vehicle. He is super nice and fun to work with and very professional. I would buy a car from him any day! I went to some other dealers to compare and test drive other Subarus and I felt like I was given more of a hard sell to buy their car that day, which is not a big deal, but the stuff they say to try to get you to buy can be a little off-putting. Caleb did not do this and I appreciated it and it made me want to work with him. Chad was also super friendly, clear and professional. Financing was easy and for the amount of time it takes to go thru everything between discussing financing, warranties and signing all the documents he was just a nice person to deal and spend time with. I traveled all the way from Omaha to Lincoln twice because I liked my experience with Honda of Lincoln, Caleb and Chad the best. More

Nate was willing to give us some time and had a no pressure approach. Lucky for us and him, we knew what we wanted right then and there. He gave us truthful and solid information on vehicle pricing. Was very patient with us as we chose color, style and method of payment. We decided to put down a bit of money and finance the rest in house. We worked with Chad Erwin. Honda Customer for Life My car stopped running at 5:45pm. Thankfully I was just getting to my apartment. I called Honda of Lincoln who stated it was most likely my battery My car stopped running at 5:45pm. Thankfully I was just getting to my apartment. I called Honda of Lincoln who stated it was most likely my battery or my alternator after describing the problem. They informed me that it was covered by warranty as well as road side assistance. Justin Wiley went above and beyond and offered to drive to me a temporary vehicle to use while my car was being repaired. He arrived at 7:10pm. The important part that really made the service exceptional was that the service department that would normally handle the replacement car was closed. Justin was willing to take my call, and after getting approval from a supervisor, drove the temporary car even though that was not required in his job description. I called road side assistance who arrived to pick up my car ahead of schedule at 7:20pm. The gentlemen that picked up my car dropped off my car, got my car started and rolled up my window at the dealer. He informed me everything was taken care of. I also received text message updates while waiting for him to arrive from the service provider. Every representative that I spoke with either on the phone in customer service, at the dealer, or in person displayed outstanding customer service and empathy for my situation. Yes my car was under warrenty however it is the service that ultimetly provides the satisfaction in this type of situation. At the end of the day my car issue was resolved in under two hours.
