Positive experience at Honda of Lincoln We worked with Larry over a couple of weeks to buy a new Honda CR-V. He was helpful and willing to work on our timeline rather than push us for a deci We worked with Larry over a couple of weeks to buy a new Honda CR-V. He was helpful and willing to work on our timeline rather than push us for a decision, which we appreciated. Larry was fair during price negotiations and helped us get a little more for our trade-in. When it came time to take possession of the vehicle, he took the time to give us a hands-on tutorial and make sure we understood how to use the features of the CR-V. We had a pre-approved arrangement with our lender and worked with Chad during the financing process. Chad was very knowledgeable and helpful, advising us on options and working with us to come up with a final package we felt good about. We came to finalize our deal on a very busy Saturday and, though Larry checked back with us several times, it took 4 hours to finish the deal and take possession of the car which we felt was too long and is why I rated customer service good not excellent. Overall we had a positive experience (4 1/2 stars) with Honda of Lincoln. More
