It is evident that Honda does what is right for the customer I cannot express enough my gratitude for the amazing service and experience that I had at Honda of Lincoln! I came in tired, overwhelemed and unhappy with the service i had recieved at other dealerships and quite frankly was hoping for the best but expecting the worst when i entered Honda. Well that is clearly not how it works with Honda. They heard my needs, respected them and got me exactly what i needed. I truly felt like a queen! They made me feel like I deserved everything they had to offer. They were there for me!!! I worked with Robert Morgan and Chad Erwin. These gentlemen were amazing! They clearly explained everything pertinent to me and treated me not like a number but like a neighbor! This was truly a community experience. I work in Customer Service and I have found that in many ways is kind of a curse becasue everywhere you go you can pin point what businesses could have done better to enhance your experience... These guys blew me out of the water! Not only did I leave feeling like a valued customer but i felt like they wanted my business all throughout the experience. They werent intereseted in dragging me a long for the ride. Honda was interested in helping me. Robert and Chad and even David who i spoke to on the phone went out of their way to please by going the extra mile in their service. Brian Kreuzberg listened to my questions, concerns, desires and must haves. Then he patiently spent more than four hours (two visits) answering my questions and helping me determine my best options. I changed my mind several times and he continued to be patient and positive. I never felt rushed or pushed into making up my mind. I left the dealership with a car I love and a deal I can afford. Scott Sweeney is always helpful and will make every effort to listen and resolve and questions or concerns in purchasing a car. He is truly an asset to the company and he has a bright future in this business. Scott Barr listened and answered any questions or concerns about warranties and takes his time to make sure you understand your coverage. He is very easy to deal with he is also an asset to the company. More
Back in the shop less than a month later A simple software upgrade took hours & the 'check engine' & 'IMA' lights came back on less than 30 days later. I called & they told me to bring it bac A simple software upgrade took hours & the 'check engine' & 'IMA' lights came back on less than 30 days later. I called & they told me to bring it back in, knowing that I was 1100 miles away. When I said that wasn't possible, they told me I'd have to take it to another dealer and have it repaired again (at my expense, of course). I question what, if anything was done on my car since they make sure customers cannot watch as the repairs are done. I had my car in to this same shop a few days after my initial visit for a simple lock repair. (A part had to be ordered.) I advised the customer service rep that I was on a tight schedule and would need to be on the road before noon. They said it would take approximately an hour for the repair. Two and a half hours later I was busy trying to reschedule appointments because I could not get a clear answer regarding how long the repair would take. This likely will be the last Honda car I buy. (It was purchased from a different dealer.) I've purchased nothing but new Honda cars for since the 90's. I am now shopping for something else, anything else but a Honda. My first Accord was a good car. This one has been nothing but a lemon and I've been very unhappy with service I've gotten at this and other Honda dealers. More
